My Story
I've always loved being healthy. But the problem was, I was trying to be healthy by following every diet and fad out there, whilst uncontrollably stuffing my face at night time.

This 'quest' to be healthy resulted in restricting certain foods just so I could like 'thin', and look the way society accepted as 'attractive'.
​
My mind was obsessed with food, restricting carbs & fats, exercising like crazy, and trying to ward off any cellulite that found its way onto my upper thighs or butt.
Not only that, I struggled massively with emotional eating and binge eating, and without knowing, I had made food my self soothing practice of choice.
​
Most weeks I would drink 2-3 glasses of red wine 6 nights a week, followed by a half block of Cadburys chocolate because I wasn't coping in life. I would sit in front of the TV and binge watch a Netflix series or movie whilst mindlessly stuffing my face, simply to numb out my feelings and cope with the pressures of life.
​
I hid food from my partner, experienced food shame when I went out and ate in public, and felt completely controlled by food.
​
Before I knew it, at the age of 27 I was chronically ill and needed help quick.
​
I radically transformed my life to one of healthy living WITHOUT diets and fads. I stopped binge eating, emotional eating, restricting foods and hiding food!
​
I healed my relationship with both food and self, and I am here to help you do the same!
